What does your cat catch or bring home to you? Does your cat bring home mice and drop them at your feet for sharing?

Our current cat is an indoor cat we live in an area with a large Coyote population and she would disappear. Our past cat was a huge hunter. Mice, birds, rats (some rather large) once I watched him drag a huge rabbit across the road that he caught. He was quite territorial about our home/yard once a rather large Dobermin Came in the yard that all in our neighborhood feared this dog was not nice! Our cat attacked the dog and really tore him up!

Our cat brought home 2 - 3 mice per week for us, I swear she was proud of her catches and wanted to show them to us. She caught a few in our (previous and very old) house too. My wife was allergic to the cat so she (the cat) went to live at friends of ours. We suddenly had a mouse problem in our old house.

Our cats are all indoor cats. Yet years ago, one caught a bird! How? He reached through a hole in the screen and pulled the bird into the house! I had to shoo it outside, it was unharmed.

Squirrels, Mice, Rats, Birds, small Rabbits. My favorite is when the cat & my 2 Pit-Bull Terriers team-up to kill squirrels.....I have a pretty large Live Oak, The cat flushes them out of the tree & the dogs kill them.

I hate squirrels!

I think my cat thinks he's a small dog with super powers.....

A squirrel. In the house. Alive, unharmed, and unhappy.

Wife and I trying to catch the thing, while that crazy cat watched like we were insane.

My cats seem only to catch fleas. They're both indoors and normally that would earn them a pass but I've caught several mice over the past couple years with a no-kill trap...

Sorry, I find cat owners that allow their cat to roam neighborhoods and fill my yard with their feces, urine and dead animals they catch, to be ignorant neighbors.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. I've quite literally WATCHED him watch a mouse run across the kitchen and got nothing but a twitch of the tail.

That being said, I did catch one in a trap and showed him the remains. The little punk swiped it out of my hand and ran off with it!

He's grown up with pit bulls his whole life... and he's an inside cat. I swear he has no idea how to be a feline.

"Allow".....Felines kinda do what they want, With that being said my fixed Tom Cat doesn't roam much at all.

I'm a firm believer in getting pets fixed & respecting my neighbors even though it's NOT reciprocated!

There's a serial cat killer episode going on around here. Apparently not happy about cats running around neighbors.

I use to work with a Vietnam vet that hated all the cats running around his place. He use to trap them, then release them in a big dirt field and open fire on them with an AR-15 as they ran across the field. I knew this guy was pretty syco and kept my distsnce. Never saw him doing it, just him bragging about it at work.

All of this is obviously sick behavior, but people should be careful letting their house cats run around outside a lot.

My old Tom is not interested in catching anything but a nap.

Peanuts and a have a heart trap will be your friends. Got over 30 of them in one summer.

Nothing, our two Himalayans are lucky to catch the food dish. Bred for their skills they most certainly are not. They are adorable though.

Do you buy lint rollers by the pallet?
