I'll never forget when i had french dijon mustard when i went to france in 2015. It smelled like paint thinner and probably tasted just like it but i haven't tasted actual paint before. Is that how it's supposed to taste or no.Maille Dijon Mustard. Or just eat 'em plain.
It's now hard to get the Dijon, France sourced stuff in N.A; The Made in Canada goop doesn't 'cut the mustard'.

Whats odd is that I ONLY crave, I mean truly crave, vinegar on my Thrashers (or similar beach venues) while at the beach. Never, ever at any other time, even though I enjoy it immensely. HmmmFrom a hot chips cart it's vinegar...at home I might use some mint sauce.
