What do you guys call this tool?

Scrench.
I'd call it a 9mm from about 15 yds.
I just call it a chainsaw tool.

Scrench is not a term I've heard of, but it does make sense.

The one shown is for the two sizes of spark plugs found on small engines.
The ones included with a new chainsaw has the appropriate spark plug size wrench for the saw on one side and 13mm on the other side for the bar nuts.
The screw driver is for adjusting the chain tension and cleaning ear wax.
Scrench. If you have a newer Stihl saw you don't need two different size of hex. The bar nuts are the same as the spark plug. Don't know about other brands.

I've called them a POS before when it would barely fit where it was supposed to go.
For a newbie who has no tools. Looks better than most but still easily distorts upon first use.
As I recall the cardboard flat and plastic they come in calls it a Scrench. And yeah, you get them at a chainsaw shop.
