A true BITOGER with OCD would NEVER have that large assortment of different colored bottles. It just throws the senses off. Gray, yellow, green, red, purple, blue, black, clear.....................jeez!!!!!!

I'm stunned you're all missing the salient point.

Accumulating that much old oil and coolant -IN CONTAINERS WHICH DO NOTHING BUT GET BRITTLE WITH AGE- is nothing short of really, really stupid.

True story:
A friend rented half a large house in Massachusetts aside a cranberry bog.
The landlord, who lived in the other half, had a car service business.
On the slope which pitched directly into the bog was >80 jugs full of used oil.
I flipped...but held it together.
I approached the guy and told him how foolish a practice that was and that if oil spilled into the bog, he'd have the devil to pay.
Realizing how 'in his face' I was, I sweetened up and said, "I'll be glad to help you pick it all up and take it to recycling.
He declined my gracious offer.
My friend called 2 days later to tell me he had removed it all. He also asked if I was a cop.

I agree. Oils came from the ground, and back to the ground they go. Dump mine in a drain I installed that ends way in the rear of my yard, near a utility easement that nobody ever goes into. Piping down about 5' on a slope. That's what Grampa told me to do ( not that he's right ) :)
