What did you get for Christmas or Hanukkah?

A new LED flashlight and multi-tool, both larger than my existing ones. We’ll appreciated.

A pair of Heavys headphones, which are an interesting contrast to my B&W's. They are more comfortable than my PX5's (though I suspect my son's PX7's are equally comfortable, due to be over-ear) and clearly are not striving to be "reference" headphones.

It was his first time using one. It was at a mutual friend's cabinetry shop and he was using it without supervision. I would not consider him an idiot, either. Just some bad choices and a poor outcome.
Stand back I took wood shop in jr high!

Seriously I am super cautious. I always use push tools. My dad had a jointer we used through our teens as well.

I bought myself a new shirt and some pants, if that counts. I also brought home some cupcakes from a holiday party I went to.

I also bought myself a higher-end Yamaha keyboard, which only coincidentally came a few days before Christmas so I can probably list that also. I could have just as likely bought it in summertime. Now if only my skills could advance to the level this new board deserves!

Nothing.

Luckily I have everything I need.

I have to admit I’ve never been a person that liked to get a present….. I know that sounds very strange.
Even at 5 years old I didn’t expect something.

We only give to the generations after us. so the kids ,nephews and nieces get a red envelope with cash in it. Been scolded before for doing so as some thinks it cash does not have any meaning and is cold. well i worked hard for that cash and you can go jump off a cliff. LOL
