Recently re-found and re-read a story in one of my older Hemming's magazines about what is nicknamed
The Olds Fournado. The car happens to be an Oldsmobile 442 that one of the 70s era Olds Corp executives had special made for himself. They took a nicely optioned Olds 442 that was being built and (modified of course) the frame and front fenders , a few other things too. Factory installed the front wheel drive , including... the fwd suspension , side mounted engine and transaxle from the Olds Tornado set ups. One of the biggest Olds 442 collector / restorers finally purchased it and did a 100% resto back to exact factory build. I know I have photos of this amazing car in my computer someplace. It is a beauty finished in the Olds Gold factory paint. Will share photos along with online address to the stories about it once I locate it. Someone (car lovers)

I am sure will enjoy seeing it and reading the story.
