What can High Silicone do to a New Engine?

Just got 3K on a 2010 Accord. I am agonizing about changing the FF out early because of Honda recommendations to keep the FF in until 15% on OLM. I Have seen the High Moly content of their FF. But I have also seen high silicone #'s and wear metals in used oil analysis probably due to the sand casting and wearing in of of parts.
Is it worth keeping the FF in just for MOLY or get rid of it? Thanks for y'alls help.

Honda engines are some of the most reliable, the engine designers know their works, I would stick with their recommendation. I did not change out FF early with my S2000.

I would run your F.F. until 15% on the OLM. Honda knows best!

Change your filter and top up with a conventional oil if you like but do not dump the oil.

As for hi SI, I have always had hi SI and Copper on my used oil analysis from the first day I got my engine until now and through the help of Terry we determined it was just gasket material leaching into the oil as a reaction from the additive packages in the oil and nothing to worry about.

Hyundai, Kia, Some Lexus and other manufacturers seem to all be showing this and maybe now Honda?!?

I wouldn't worry about it, the engine is too new...

I changed mine out at 5k on my Accord...seemed like a good compromise to me.
