I love this guy!
So basically you wrote all that to try and discredit the guy, and didn't actually succeed. However a simple web search shows these three respected authorities which I put much more credibility than a you tuber *LOL*
BTW - Im just as credible as that guy.
Yeah and I watched his ramblings and said it seems like he got some of his material from the sources I provided. Maybe you missed my point? So basically you wrote all that to try and discredit the guy, and didn't actually succeed.
I think you missed the point. Well at least I read your ramblings and it didn't appear you actually touched on it.
Ironically I'm pretty sure you are just trying to be some kind of expert yourself.Yeah and I watched his ramblings and said it seems like he got some of his material from the sources I provided. Maybe you missed my point?
I think it's dangerous for people to listen to uneducated you tubers without confirming what they are watching. If they do that it is a different story. By confirming would be reading materials from respected authorities and talking to your doctor.
Yeah, ok. I removed my rambling as you say and updated my post. I did not alter ANY of the remaining sentances.Ironically I'm pretty sure you are just trying to be some kind of expert yourself.

Where is he wrong? You have not stated that clearly.

It is why people with weak hearts take https://www.webmd.com/hypertension-high-blood-pressure/diuretic-treatment-high-blood-pressureAs one who took BP meds for decades and decide to loose 100 lbs I found out salt has nothing to do with high BP.
But it does cause water retention so for long car trips I always take along a salty snack.
Yes one of the high BP pills the gave me was a water pill. I'm currently on a high fat, high fiber, low carb diet and for the most part that makes most of the water I consume. Really don't drink a lot unless I am working and sweating and seldom drink with a meal.Exactly, it causes water retention which makes it harder on your heart moving fluids through your body.
