'Killing the rising sun' by Bill O'Reilly and Martin Dugard. It gives a lot of personal accounts from the men who fought in the battles of the Pacific in WWII. I have all of the 'killing' books except killing Reagan, but I saw the made for TV version of killing Reagan. I loved all the 'killing' books but 'killing Patton' is my favorite.
