Do you eat other Indian curries or is butter chicken your favourite?
My wife just said she would like to get some Indian takeaway tonight, I’ll probably get a lamb curry, she will get butter chicken.

My wife just said she would like to get some Indian takeaway tonight, I’ll probably get a lamb curry, she will get butter chicken.

Butter chicken is my favorite so it’s my go to meal most of the time I go to an Indian restaurant but I like chicken curry as well Indian food is so flavorful, even just walking into the restaurant and smelling the smells of the food makes me happy

Maybe at the real cheapie places, but a good place uses ghee which is indeed clarified butter.

I didn’t get lamb curry, my wife ended up changing her mind and made beef stir fry.
