Good flavor from a good grocery store not great but always happy with the quality.
I believe my phone shows a bit more rare thani it is don't get me wrong it is rare.
Brown rice tonight on stove top it was a full 50min+ to cook but very good still the best way to cook rice don't forget the organic garden fresh green beans getting buckets of them.

Just go to the Korean grocery, get some ray wings, and use your 1"punch. Get creative with cookie cutters and make some dinosaur or Mickey Mouse shapes.

Honestly not the biggest concern of mine. I might have brown rice 4 times a year. On the other hand I work with just about every solvent 5 days a week.

I just let my wife cook it and she sources it from her homeland which has a very low arsenic content. If her family line didn't die out long, long, before she was born, I think we'll be OK.
