Got these three pork butts on the smoker at 630am for dinner today. As it was just for two of us, once cooled and pulled I was able to vacuum seal and put away 10 one pound bags in the freezer we later reheat for tacos, pizza, BBQ sandos, etc...

All else on the plate is scratch made... The BBQ sauces, beans, slaw and even the pickles.

Was so good! This weekend we will follow up with a BBQ pizza and early next week some pulled pork tacos with homemade corn tortillas. Always a favorite.
