What are you eating right now?

As for liver - wait- I’ve been married 40.5 years and never ate liver until now during that time. And I never had it during my teen and bachelor years- that puts me in the 1960s since my mom made it.

It was fresh. Rinsed it. No real smell and it tasted fine with herbs and such
We ate liver often - but after a catfish processed it !
 
Here now it’s amateur butcher hour.

I pulled out a Flank Steak. Thaw while I figure out what I want to do

Flank steak? Wah?

I asked for flanken ribs true…
