As for liver - wait- I’ve been married 40.5 years and never ate liver until now during that time. And I never had it during my teen and bachelor years- that puts me in the 1960s since my mom made it.

It was fresh. Rinsed it. No real smell and it tasted fine with herbs and such

We ate liver often - but after a catfish processed it !

I pulled out a Flank Steak. Thaw while I figure out what I want to do

There are some things that need nothing in my book. Good beef steak good ground beef…needs nothing but take the same cow beef roast and that sucker will need herbs and spices of course
