Sauté of lion's mane and oyster mushrooms, red bell pepper, zucchini, and spinach. Extra virgin olive oil. Rotisserie chicken from Sprouts that will impress you. Might even change your mind about store-bought cooked food. Maybe not, but maybe. Tapioca tortillas on the side.

Components before composed bowl. Vino to keep me company as I prep. Cup and a half of room temp Calrose brown rice, Taylor Farms salad kit but threw the dressing in the fridge and made my own from tzatziki, avo oil, and apple cider vinegar.

I've found slow steaming chicken thighs is my favourite over grilled or baked and always reserve the nectar for later use. Watching hockey will eat after the game 🏒🥅🥂
