What are you eating right now?

Ever buy spinach and make spinach salad? Add whatever you like to it. Bococcini cheese mini balls, croutons, dried cranberries, etc.
Change it up with different salad dressings.
A blue cheese dressing.
I buy a really good Asian sesamee dressing, i can almost drink it from the bottle and skip the salad.
I don't know but there is a bunch of info out there that spinach isn't good for you...
I didn't deep dive into it...I don't like much on your list unfortunately like blue cheese but I get it and it sounds good... agreed keep it mixed up or it gets old quick..

Raw spinach = nope (oxalates) - cooking is ok in moderation
There was a Bagged spinach recall from my local supermarkets and Wakmart a out 5 plus years ago .. maybe longer.
I forgot, but a bacteria of some sort.
I was eating raw spinach salads prior to that, then it was taken off the shelves and i just forgot about it.
Mind you, we had similar with heads of lettuce, that came back, business as usual.

Omg, i remember i was on a lunch date about 15+++ years ago...at a Thai restaurant...ordered chicken fillets in a bed of spinach with house made peanut sauce.
It was so good. I need to look up the recipe and make it at home one day soon.
I love Thai food.
And Indonesian. Also had Burmese for awhile...been over 8 years.
Some filipino food very tasty. Some also nasty, not to them. .lol, they will eat everything, as they tend to do in poorer countries. Nothing goes to waste.
Im more picky, i refuse to eat Rhino **** or monkey brains, no matter how great the sauce is.....
