Is goat hard to source in your area?
Where I live it’s hard to find and expensive for all but the worst cuts. There used to be a place that sold live goats for $25 each about 20 minutes away but urban sprawl and progress wiped out that little farm.

Lucky to have a few places, not the cheapest, but is organic. Beanblossom Acres. I buy some beef from them as well

Just finished Mother's Day lunch with a full house. It was a Greek themed meal with lots of lemon, garlic and olive oil. Lemon chicken quarters heavily herbed with oregano, thyme, and marjoram, a braised dish of cauliflower and potatoes, a garden salad, home made hummus, baba ganoush, and tzatziki sauce with pita for dipping. My daughter made a tiramisu.

No pics as it would have been awkward
