I would have eaten way more grapes as a kid but back then all of them had seeds. Everything nowadays seems to be seedless, that’s the way to go

I have a habit of that! Seems like more or less poaching it’s fast heat transfer yet I lose concern with burning. I dislike crispy egg whites more so easy consolation
Here’s the thing with fructoseI like bananasbut only ate the green ones...but I don't get them anymore...I could live off of them...
Ripe they are nasty and mushy and a fructose bomb
A little fruit real fresh fruit is not poison
Too much real fruit constantly isn’t great and at best won’t help you lose weight and can add pounds if you’re sedentary
But fructose from processed food sources easily poisons your liver. Overloaded and only able to convert to fat on a good day, and can lead to NAFLD - a kind of cirrhosis.
I don't like crispy whites either. Wife distracted me and it only takes a minute

We had Wendy’s chili for dinner tonight. I had their iced coffee as well, it’s one of my favorites! It tastes a little bit like a chocolate frosty
