If it’s still good then use it. I will be inheriting so much china that I’ll likely use it every day.
1/2 of a beef heart and giant arugula, spicy greens and kraut salad with homemade dressing - Beef heart is very very good and tender!! I was surprised. Not bloody or gamey. Taste is like a rare steak maybe. I should have used more chili flake, texture is firm but not like liver. Cheap cuts rule!!
