I most always go straight cross grain without deeper thought. I suppose my mouth is watering so much, my logical slow down brain is not engaged. HahahahaYou ever do bias cuts instead of straight through?

My girlfriend and I just went out for dinner, I had a brisket sandwich and she got brussel sprouts and wings. I even had three of those brussel sprouts believe it or not!
