Omelettes with haggis and a nice Chardonnay.
Bit different from our typical dinner.
The difference being that wife likes the Aussie chard we're having, since she is not usually a fan.
 
To get lower sugar yogurt, you could make your own. I started making it in an Instant Pot. Super easy. You'll get very low carb Greek style yogurt if you make it out of half and half, let it ferment a full 24 hours and drain the whey out. With the high fat content it's not super sour, either.
