That was actually only my second meal of the day. I had cereal for breakfast and didn’t have time for lunch (was giving a walking tour) but I did have a few snacks to tide me over. Just a few minutes ago I had my kale and fruit smoothie to finish off my day and start my fast (it’ll just be a 12 hour fast though)

Absolutely yes. Roast with carrots, sweet potatoes and a little regular potatoe. It tastes great. I usually use rice but potatoes this time

Looks just like my wife's Thai whatever is in the kitchen soup she makes all the time!
The dog might appreciate a little more chicken or pork and of course, more sliced carrot!
My dog would be following me around all night with her bowl in her mouth if I fed her that.
