What are you eating right now?

Quite the opposite - cold spring given how relatively close to the equator. We are well past 45° (48.8) and temperatures sounds like here!
It’s going to be warm on Sunday, which is going to feel really hot given the current temps.

Didn't want to watch this about butter but I did. I got one on her approved list and the taste was great. The approved are at the end.


The Millers products that she uses are from Quarryville Pa. I occasionally go there to get dairy products.
 
We have other local brands here, some good, some not so good. She gave me some good thinking points. Sometimes I will eat a EVOO/Butter blend. Not sure if I can trust the companies. Probably can't!

Rancidity in salted butter can be pretty subtle, even unsalted. I don't use this word lightly as vava chided me for, but yes I am a super taster.
