What are you eating right now?

I had a checkup this week and everything came back perfect as normal EXCEPT my stupid A1C was 6.0. Gotta lose some weight so dinner tonight was a boring salad.

In that case @ripcord could try carnivore for 3 or 4 weeks followed by ketovore for a couple of months and that should result in some pretty good fat loss.
I'm easing myself into this and am going to start the on the "No S* Diet."

No sweets, no Seconds, no Snacks except for Sometimes on days that start with "S."

I cheated today and had seconds on salad.
 
Eating my breakfast and watching TV had a short Consumer Reports segment on how we should be feeding our children for back to school. I just about tore the tv off the wall to smash it. More grains cereal fruit low fat or skim milk with that cereal and if they don't like that mix in some of their favorite sugar cereal and don't forget the juice. All this she talks about to keep your blood sugar steady good grief.
It's no wonder kids grow up in the shape they are.
