What are you eating right now?

On your new diet do you taste a metallic taste or like your sucking on a roll of pennies you sould be in Ketosis or close to it.


Actually yeah when having a hamburger or steak. It did subside. I’m certain I’m in ketosis as no sugars of carbs in the system. Body can burn the fat
