What are you eating right now?

Just polished off a Chik Fil A sandwich. First time to that one they built it close to my trailer park a few months ago. 👍

They had some promo peach lemonade and ice cream mixer. I saw the promo and it worked I had to have it. It was great! Highly recommended.
Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. I have never been to one as the closest is 25 miles away and in another state.
 
Tonight I made an adhock fried rice a la Pad Thai. I basically just made Pad Thai and substituted day old rice for the noodles and fried it a bit longer.

I fried several scallions with garlic, added 4 eggs and cooked until the eggs are almost done and then set it aside. Then I fried several cups of rice in some avocado oil, added a sauce made of tamarind paste, fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic chili sauce and brown sugar. After a few minutes cooking to combine the sauce and rice, added the egg mixture back in and added mung bean sprouts. Served with lime and cashews because we were out of peanuts.

1,185 pages in and I bet nobody has mentioned the herring in sour cream I regularly enjoy for breakfast.
Today, as I cook a hunk of salmon for a "salad" (think: your favorite tuna salad with salmon subbed for the tuna), as part of a ruthlessly low carb -and successful- diet.

I'll make it tomorrow morning but I gotta throw in 4 or 5 over easy eggs with it
 
I was thinking of breaking my fast tonight with a Stromboli but I took such a beating when I had two new cars and now I have 4 😆 🤣

Other than that the bread coma is real.... you see all of your limbs but can't move them... in a total state of bliss... it's not real comforting....
