Did a 21 hour fast today and had a late lunch with my wife at a bbq restaurant. We went halves in a smoked chicken Caesar salad, a cheeseburger and cornbread.

I was swimming in the pool when you asked this and then early to bed for extra energy for my full day of tours in the heat at Niagara Falls. Full day tomorrow too and our other guide has gone AWOL so I will likely be working Sunday too
