I had one doctor ask me how I lost a lot of weight and then tell me it’s not possible to have done it from eating a very low carb diet. As you can imagine I never went back.

Yep, still having my morning black coffee.
I’m currently eating a steak and ale meat pie from 7-eleven. They moved half price pie day which was Tuesday, to now be Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

I have some crow and bread stories, unbelievable but our old country gal neighbor feeds her menagerie with old bread products from a bakery outlet. Crows get a decent helping..........we find angel food cake, cinnamon rolls, burger buns, etc.......dropped on our land. The dog likes to spend time out there. I wonder why.
