What are you eating right now?

Most prescriptions including antibiotics, statins, etc
Milk, and most nuts give me allergic reactions but I try eating very minor amounts

I would not say I have a nut allergy but if I eat too many cashews or too many pecans I get the squirts.

With the nuts I get the throat and chest pains so I have to be very careful... chocolate can put a hurt on you too...Too much mayo is bad as well..

My father often complained of flu like symptoms and I got him off of them and he was fine. They also ran his liver enzymes up for several months...

I had my primary care physician actually yell at me because I refused his statins. I told him about the previous problems I had but he didn't care. Wanted to give me injections etc. After his hollaring at me I left him. Had to wait a half year to get in to new primary guy. It was worth it. Very reasonable man.

Same here so he switched it up to $15k cholesterol shots and ozempic.. why? Payola....not interested....low BP and bs.....
When they start that I move on...
I found a great doc but he retired this January..... I have to start all over again.
