Fish stock was made from all the fish bones and heads from the fresh fish we bought at the dock this AM. Lots of black cod aka butter fish- super rich- I’m sweating like a pig at Patman’s shindig right now!!
My wife was looking at the food pics today and votes your plate looked the best. I voted for the pig on a spit that Patman posted though.
