They are so good!! If you pop over the border they are sold at Zehrs, No Frills, Loblaws and Real Canadian Superstore. They were only $2.50 a bag

I would hope so. Sorry to mention, it tasted nasty, will not have that on my plate again.

In the 90s mettwurst killed a child and made a number of other people critically ill requiring organ transplants in Australia, so I am a bit cautious about poorly stored smallgoods.
It also doesn’t help that a Frankfurter made me rapidly and explosively ill about a decade ago.

Dry cured salami not cooked but fermented most places like Italy Germany USA ok but…..you are eating lettuce washed in Filipino water so it all evens out or comes out in the end

Haha, it is “cooked” by the beneficial bacteria that poop in it causing the fermentation process that cures it.

Wednesday lunch at a place called Mary Grace, a peer stated very clean and highly recommended. Bought the lunch combo. No soft drinks sold her, so went with the ice tea which is sugar filled.
