I broke my 17 hour fast with a decaf iced coffee and today I weighed in at a new low of 167.2, that’s down 1.4 in the last 4 days and down 28.7 this year.

Not dry but I like the salad dressing on it...just a touch...

My girlfriend and I went out to a local restaurant that was really cheap but the food was pretty good! We were the only people in the restaurant when we got there though, and our waitress was also the cook (and might have been the owner too!) I had chicken fingers and fries (which only cost $9.95, or $7.12 US!) My girlfriend had perogies.
Role a 15 hour fast bit ago with a cup of hallowed grounds wake up roast black coffee and 2 hard boiled eggs with Melinda’s “green sauce”
