Wife and two of my daughters are in the Florida keys for a week so I'm on my own for dinner. Last night I made hot Italian sausage with red peppers and onions made a sandwich on fresh Italian bread. I picked all the ingredients Sunday on Arthur Ave in the Bronx. Tonight I took the leftover peppers and onions and made with eggs.

Swap the chicken for steak and that’s one of my preferred dinners. Unfortunately wife sometimes complains that it gets boring.

I’m glad that I started my fast very early and ate my chicken nuggets for dinner at 2pm today because I have been without power since 5:40 (it’s now 7:50)

I’m going shopping for some new options maybe I bring AM along but no way I’m driving around for 4 hrs without a soda in my hand.

Tonight's meal, I inedible..I suspect soap in both the meat and the potatoes..ate here numerous times before. Left the meal..off to McDonald's.

I just broke my 17 hour fast with an iced coffee and I weighed in at 169.8 today! That’s 26.1 total pounds lost this year now
