My first "decent" cup of coffee in over a week of being at my folks place in Montana. I drove into to town and they had some Seattle's Best, which I wouldn't normally consider great coffee, but it's heaps better than the Folgers ditch water coffee I've been getting.
My first cup with a couple of tablespoons of raw, unpasteurized cream from the neighbor's Jersey milkcow. I've never met this cow, but after drinking her milk I want to go all cattle rustler and steal her and take her home.

Just had my overnight oats with blie and blackberries and mom’s homemade peanut butter.

Breakfast was an 18hr fast and black coffee.
Lunch was an old slice of pizza I found in the fridge from when I ate pizza on Friday.
Dinner will be ~125g of rump steak, salad greens and some sweet potato. I might top up the protein with an extra 100g of chicken breast if I’m hungry enough.

I’m curious, are you saying that you are breaking your fast just with a black coffee? Because a black coffee doesn’t have enough calories to break your fast, it’s one of the things you can drink during your fasting that’s the same as drinking water.
Dang, could you get a small freezer for your lodging but heat and eat the food elsewhere?
I just say breakfast to indicate roughly what time of day I’m drinking the coffee as a lot of non-fasters don’t think of breakfast as the literal break fast.
8am had oikos sero sugar plain yogurt with honey, blueberries and blackberries. Ice water. Diner will be avocado and water
Subway sandwich for lunch, along with some potato salad from the next door princess.
Been on the phone with little Brother. Our Dad is in the hospital and not doing well. Wish I could be there with them.
He is a Korean War Veteran. Not many of those old boys left. He will be (hopefully) 97 years old in June.

He is a tough old bird. DR said he would be dead 3 years ago, if he didn't get open heart surgery.
His 3-6 months to live did not quite pan out.
That idea was rejected by him, at age 90+ years old. Can't say I blame him.
