At 9:30 am had avocado and plain yogurt, blackberries with honey. Coffee from thermos.

Kids were nice to the old man today and took me for breakfast.

I had an everything omelet. big pile of crispy hash browns and pancakes.
Food was great as usual at this place.

It was nice to get outside. I maybe get out of the house once every week or two.
Scared to go out alone, in case I would fall. Can't get up myself, once I hit the ground.

Beautiful day out there. Mostly sunny with some clouds and 51F. Wish I could have spent the entire day out there!

Traeger chicken thighs and chicken breast. Both finished on the gas grill for a little extra crispness.

I know all the health nuts are going to give me flack but I love junk food lol. Midnight snack is Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I had a hard time deciding if wanted this or Cap’n Crunch Berries so I bought both.

Just had some baked/marinated chicken at friends baby shower. Gave them nice card with 2 gift cards. Took home salad, 2time baked Mac and cheese and some pork chops and some local member grown pickles
