I'm still on Carnivore, so it was only two, Iron skillet fried Pork Chops this evening. I did an OMAD (23 hour fast), so those chops tasted like Manna from Heaven!!!! I'm still loosing weight and my vitals are improving every week.

There was a place that sold poutine inside the venue at the concert I went to tonight but I had already started my fasting a few hours earlier so I was out of luck this time I just had poutine a few days ago though
