There was a place that sold poutine inside the venue at the concert I went to tonight but I had already started my fasting a few hours earlier so I was out of luck this time

I’m about to break another 16 hour fast with my morning iced coffee. I’m not drinking chocolate milk in the morning anymore since my iced coffee is good for taking all my vitamins.
I reached a big milestone today with my weight. I’m now down to 175.3, which means I’m now down a total of 20.6 pounds! I lost 2.1 in the past week so I haven’t plateaued yet.

Some OIKOS plain triple ZERO yogurt and blackberries and blueberries.
Lunch today is a big bowl of cheesy grits with sun dried tomatoes and capers with a couple eggs on top.
