I broke my 16 hour fast a few minutes ago with my vitamins taken with 2% milk (I’m skipping the chocolate milk for a week or two), a 10oz decaf iced coffee, and some toast (14 grain bread with butter on it)
I reached a significant milestone in my weight loss journey today. I weighed in at 179.8 pounds! That’s 2.8 pounds down in the last week and 16.1 pounds down this year. It’s amazing to me that I have not plateaued, I still lose a decent amount every week even though I’m exactly 7 weeks into this intermittent fasting.
