What are you eating right now?

I just got lucky. Our local Mexican joint has been advertising them.
One of my nurses said she does not like Mexican food. Had her pick me some up
and would buy for her, but she refused the offer.

Some how her Daughter got her there and she had some birria. Said next time that she will not refuse my offer. :D

I had leftover pizza for lunch too! I was hoping to have a steak dinner tonight to make up for the one I couldn’t get yesterday because of the storm (we got about 17cm of snow) But our plans changed this afternoon and we’ll have to postpone our dinner outing for next weekend. My girlfriend is a real estate agent and she got a call from a client who wants to put down an offer for a million dollar home in Hamilton for an investment property so she had to rush out to take care of that. I can’t be too upset with her though. She had a very tough couple of years in the business and it’s finally looking good for an upswing in activity and she could really use this commission payday if the offer is accepted.

So instead of a nice steak dinner out tonight I have had chicken nuggets and a Reese Big Cup instead 🤣

That's great for her, congratulations!

The wife, and grandmother, were mentioning something about soup and grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner, so I suspect that will happen later.
They are not home right now, wife drove grandma to Costco and Walmart to get stuff.
I added dog food to their list, my saint bernards food supply is getting low, and my boy can eat. He grew up so fast, already 19 months old, and just a gentle giant.
 
Beef stroganoff. Looks nothing like the picture in the menu,.in which the dish is featured and has a nice brown gravy. Seems the kitchen forgot to add the stroganoff gravy.

I ate here last week and had a decent pasta dish. Seems much to expect two meals to minimum standard in a row.

Can't make this up.
