My wife served us curry with riced cauliflower a few months ago. I had a big serving. Maybe even seconds. Let's just say my digestive system wasn't expecting that much fiber all at once.Some general Tso chicken and riced cauliflower

Supposedly, it was introduced in NY in 1973 by a chef from Hunan Provence who fled the Chinese communists. To cater to Western tastes, he altered the dish he had created earlier to be a lot sweeter than most traditional Hunan dishes.
