Dinner was late last night and quite filling, so breakfast, such as it was, was kept light, just some tea. I made a slow steeped Nepalese Himalayan Black Tea, and rather than show a cup of tea I'm presenting you with the tea leaves. The tea is grown in the small and exquisite Jun Chiyabari Tea Garden located at 6,000 feet elevation in the mountains of Nepal.

I'd run out of one of my favorite breakfast hot sauces, and it arrived yesterday, so this morning I had a healthy dose on my potatoes. Ahhh ... I love this sauce, as well as several other Marie Sharp sauces.
Ingredients: Carrots, Onions, Vinegar, Red Habanero Peppers, Garlic, Salt and Lime Juice. It's not too hot. I don't know the Scoville rating.
