Eating Venezuelan in Madison WI tonight.
Fried cheese, and Venezuelan cooked ribeye. I don't think the Venezuelans are big in beef, so we shall so how the steak tastes.
Just tried the steak, saltiest steak I ever ate. I think the steak would be enjoyable if it was not saturated in salt.

I add salt, pepper, and shichimi tōgarashi. The latter is a spicy mix that includes capsicum, orange peel, sesame seed, poppy seed, and seaweed.
Breakfast casserole of sausage, kale, bacon, mushrooms, and Texas toast bread crumbs. PEETS coffee and ice water.
Ribs going on in an hour. Local butcher had them on sale and had to stuff them on the pan. Will also make a salad from garden lettuce and celery to go along with it.
Our half beef is supposed to be ready in a week s we also have to eat a pile of beef in the meantime.

$40 per ticket and only 500 to be sold. 19 guns and a safe for raffle.
Just what I need is another gun that I can no longer get out and shoot. Oh well, it's for a good cause.

The neighbor is just a kind hearted woman. But she get's a tad bit too political and religious for my likings.
Other than that, she is a sweetheart.
She does bible study every day and listens to some " prophet " from Iowa every day.. Some Julie Green.
I have not researched her yet. I really don't care for her coming over and preaching to me every day.
1/2 hour and I am ready to send her packing.
