What are you eating right now?

You tipped yourself!

I tipped myself the other night. Tipped a beer into my keyboard. Sure enough, could not use it yesterday AM.
Could only use the mouse and no keys. In my small town, only one available was at the dollar store.
$12, so you can imagine the quality, but it works. No number signs or enter key on RH side, takes some adjustment.
Daughter will pick me up a decent one, sometime this week.

One of my cats spilled water (???!!!) on my keyboard a few years ago. I took it apart and dried the components, put it together, and it worked. It's still working. It's a nice Razer keyboard with mechanical switches. Klick klack!

Never took mine apart or tried to clean, had her trash it. Not worth the trouble for a $25 new one of decent quality.
Daughter knows more than a 69 year old man about this stuff. Just told her to buy me a good one.

Helper gal called after leaving and at some used goodie local store. Said she could get me a good used one for $1.
Then said it was not wired in, and used 2 batteries and my Wi-Fi connection. I know nothing about that and said no thanks.

Mac and cheese

Tonight I made a huge pot of TexMex-ish chili.

Hamburger, black beans, fire roasted tomatoes, frozen corn, garlic, and onions. Spiced with chili powder, lots of cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, cinnamon, and a packet of Swiss Miss hot chocolate.

After it was cooked, I topped it with corn bread batter for dumplings and let it finish for another 15 minutes.

It could have used another couple of tablespoons of chili powder but it was left out on account of the women folk.
