What are you eating right now?

With remainder of jasmin rice I steamed. To drink was part gold label (read: caffeine free Diet Coke) and lemon lime sparkling water with ice

The cats' loss is my win. Boneless smoked sardines in water and nori. Plenty of Omega-3s and iodine, low in mercury. I'm also having a glass of low sodium V8 with chia and wheat germ stirred in. WARNING! Somebody will be allergic to all of it.

K&W Cafeteria unfortunately lol. Old people food. And they are short staffed so plastic silverware only. I told them I’d eat Chinese or Chipotle or Chick Fil A or something since the bbq place is closed on Monday but they didn’t want that oh well lol. At least the drink is included with the meal. The gas station has been out of Mtn Dew so I’ve been having withdrawals.

I assume you are young.
Because reading about your eating habits, it isn't sounding positive for you to reach age 50.

Yes sir 21 years young lol. I just like good food haha. Not necessarily good for me but good tasting.
I'm Gen X, yup old, and would just like to say this, meant with kindness and caring, not to preach.
But take care of yourself while young, every part of your body, because those broken bones, damaged joints, unhealthy meals, all catch up to you more and more as you age.
By 40 it hurt getting out of bed in the morning, running up the stairs makes my knees throb, and my stomach was no longer tolerant of coffee or junk food.
Well then I crossed that age 50 threshold, and suddenly 40 doesn't seem so bad looking back.
Just some free advice from an old man.
