At buca de bepo in Albuquerque. Never been to one before, it is next door to my hotel. Lasagna is ice cold. I knew the place was in trouble seeing the mess in the outdoor patio.

In the 1990's we used to go to the one in Lynnweed. Been once to the one in Seattle. Sometimes pretty good, always acceptable.

Did they at least put the lasagna in the microwave again for you?

Father’s Day dinner. My dad and me grilled these steaks with his new grilling tools from Matco Tools that I got him. He is having an Edmund Fitzgerald porter and I’m having the Coors Banquet that my coworker gave me when he left. Surprisingly it’s pretty good. First beer in a few weeks lol.

One of my rules is to never ever send back a meal. I eat likely 300 meals out a year, maybe more, in many states and some countries. I order simple stuff. If they can't get it right the first time, and it is simple - I have zero reason to want them to try again.... Or worse.

Japanese restaurant just north of Boise. Really nice staff, food is very underwhelming.

Simple salad, warm ground chicken breast, potatoes and cannellini beans on the bottom, cold salad on top.
Refreshing contrast, eats above it's weight class for sure.

No pictures (we ate it already) but the wife made steak (medium rare), funeral potatoes and tomato soup for dinner.
