What are you eating right now?

Lunch today: Miso vegetable soup with tofu, bok choy, zucchini, cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and green onion. I tried out my new, and first, mandolin in order to get consistent slices from some of the veggies. Nice!

At the last moment, I decided to add a bowl of cherries to lunch ... that's life!

Hot sausage with sauce, garlic and onions and peppers. FREE! At local American Legion. Plus Miller lite bottle $1 bottle.

And I do tip well (actually over tip)

Tasty. Color correction looks very good, too.
These are Ikea Swedish Meatballs, the first time in my life ever buying them. On the bottom of the bowl are room temp sliced baby nugget potatoes tossed in extra vigin and a mound of nutritional yeast and black pepper. I then topped those with a mild curry of pureed roasted red peppers, cauliflower, zucchini, garlic/onions/ginger/san marzano's with chickpeas.

The meatballs are fully cooked and just needed 18 minutes in the toaster oven at 430. I was surprised how much we liked them, very tasty:)

I don't know how colour correction works, I just take pics off of the top of the toaster oven where the light seems the best?

I have had the IKEA Swedish-American meatballs at the IKEA cafeteria. I didn't buy the frozen sack. I posted a picture on BITOG a couple of years ago. My phone camera has horrible white balance. Yours does a good job.

I see, ok thank you:)
We bought two sacks and the customary Lingonberry preserve, with which, I plan to make a gastrique and serve over mashed potatoes as intended by Sven;)
