I never ever send food back. I just won't return EVER to a restaurant that doesn't deliver on simple things as expected.
I often work in countries that don't speak English. Some things get lost in translation. I accept that as something that comes with the territory.

100% agreed sir.
I won't ever join a person for a meal again if they're problematic or cause a scene at a restaurant.
It's embarrassing. It's not the last meal you're gonna eat in your life, stop being a holier than thou prick to the server that's just trying to make ends meet.

If you're going to make a point, do it after you've paid your bill and be constructive and diplomatic.
Eating out comes with the risk of the unknown.
If you're a panty waist stay home and complain to your cat...

I have no problem with that.
I'm like GON though. If a place is that far off the mark I just won't return.
I don't like getting stuff comped either, it just makes me feel guilty even though the ineptitude was on the establishment.
I prefer to forget the entire experience ever happened and move on and not return.

Actually, she had stomach bypass surgery last year. She has lost 80 LBS so far. Still a rather large woman to put it nicely. Pretty face though.;)

I don't care about that. She helps me a bunch, we have become friend's and get along well.

Sad to say, but she had to turn her Brother into the cops last week. Her 14 year old Daughter spent the weekend at his place of residence. He was butt grabbing and sending her sexual text messages. Cops got the info off both of their phones. He is in jail now with no bond. Then her older Daughter came forward and said he had done that to her also, but she was too ashamed at the time to talk.

Such is life in my boring world. Tomorrow will be better. Granddaughter is coming to pickup my Subaru tomorrow and drive it a few days to get the battery charged up.(y)

If overall meal is not good especially the first time at a place I’m with you guys trust me. Especially never make a scene! Haha 😂
 
After striking out yesterday and missing quite a few meals overall, decided to splurge tonight. I was supposed to be on a flight back to the USA today, but am now delayed until Friday. So decided to try and make a positive attitude adjustment with a nice meal. Missing my wife, and my grandsons. Missing my adult children also. So maybe a meal will mitigate the missing of family for a temporary bit.

Yes, 5 pounds from Christmas still left. My blood sugar is stubborn and insulin resistance has increased with age.
