What are you eating right now?

Some of this with whole milk

Pretty good, healthy snack

I'm having a toasted low-carb snack. I'm not saying this is the healthiest thing to eat but I gotta knock off the winter pounds before the water gets warm enough for me to wear my tri-suit. For the next six weeks it's going to be two smallish meals a day and one snack per day. Medium-to-high protein and fat, high fiber, low carb food stuff. Specifically, I will consume all my food between 12:00 and 18:00. Shooting for no more than 2,000 kcal a day. That will put me at a 1,000 kcal deficit. I'll have to metabolize 2 pounds of body fat per week to make up for the caloric deficit. From baby seal to navy seal! 🦭

One low-carb tortilla (70 kcal, 3 g carbs, 15 g fiber, 4 g fat, 4 g protein)
one slice of Swiss cheese (100 cal, 1g carbs, 7 g fat, 8 g protein)
one slice of ham (58 kcal, 0 carbs, 2.9 g fat, 6.2 g protein)

Total nutrition:
170 kcal
15 grams fiber
13.9 g fat
10.2 g protein
3 g carbs

Looks tasty

I go to admit its a Trader's Joe carrot juice
Indeed. Whole carrot juice looks very different. I often take a whole organic orange, peel and all, and a couple carrots and blend them into a smoothie. I have to add a lot of water to get this mess thin enough to drink.

Long John Silver’s. Man it’s delicious 🤤. Blame the guys on my other forum for talking about it the last three or so days. I told my parents dinner is on me tonight let’s get Long John Silver’s. Apparently a lot of people over there don’t like this place. I love it. The batter is the best batter I’ve ever ate. It was even better before they switched fish types.

Traditional Barberton Chicken
Mini Drumette meal (fried in lard) not pictured are the most perfect french fries you have ever had!.
If you get out towards Barberton(suburb of akron) Check out Village inn chicken. New owners since the last time I was there (previously called Milich's village inn)
First time I've been there in 15 years.
