I enjoy jalapeño peppers for their flavor and mild heat. When we want some heat in our food, the Mrs. and I cook with our own ghost peppers. The plant pictured below has produced the hottest ghost peppers we have ever grown.

Our boss had beef fajitas catered in to us at work yesterday for lunch. He usually feeds us every Friday. A great guy!
