What are you eating right now?

I remember awhile back you were looking for some olive oil? What brand and size did you buy?
I settled on Mina.
I really like it and it drinks very easy for heart health.

The blended and fake stuff chokes you up and you can taste the fake oil as it sort of fumes from your nose and mouth. Seriously.

Just made shells stuffed with sausage, spinach and a little ricotta. Fresh herbs and then stuff them. Brush sauce over each one so they don’t get too crispy in the oven. 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or so. If you have links just cut the sausage out of the casings and pre sauté so It’s cooked throughout. Mozzarella on top of course. These are oven ready.

Yes, the before baking picture doesn’t do it justice. I’ll try to do a money shot out of the oven. It’s quite good. I used sweet sausage but hot is good as well, or a blend of both.
