What are you eating right now?

Same thing in my neck of the woods lol.
A spring roll comes in a thin, almost translucent wrapper. Spring rolls are raw, baked, or fried. Egg rolls are made with a thicker wrapper that has been dipped in egg and they are deep-fried. Egg rolls are less healthy and and an American invention.

For the first time in a while I ate in while out and about with a colleague. We got our shots back in January so we weren't too worried about infecting anyone. We had lunch at a dim sum place, nothing special. We had pan-fried pork pot stickers, steamed shrimp dumplings, steamed pork dumplings, pan-fried shrimp and meat dumplings, deep-fried vegetables and shrimp spring rolls. The pan-fried shrimp dumplings look green because of the chives in the filling. I also got a pork bun to go for later.

Some ritz crackers a preacher cookie and a glass of milk. Waiting on dad to get home so he can take me to get something to eat while they eat vegetable beef stew that my mom made in the crock pot.

Do you feel special because you don't have to eat the stew, or do you feel abandoned because you don't get the stew?
Haha I hate stew and soup for the most part so I definitely feel special that they get me something else. They told me when they were growing up you ate what everyone else had or you went hungry.
